This 4 bedroom condo is one of only a few private townhomes that are considered Ski-in/Ski-out in Whistler (under 5 min walk), close to Whistler Village, and set in a quiet forested area making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. No one above, no one below, no condos in front, faces trees and beside a park, creek and covered bridge.
It is best suited for families and friends on a budget of 4 - 6 adults plus kids old enough to ski looking for a condo where you can walk to everything.
Private entrance, 3-storey townhome, about 150 yards to the Blackcomb Lift Base, Daylodge, Ski School, Daycare. Shopping and Restaurants are about 350 yards walk along the Village Trail. If you are flying in to Vancouver Airport, take the Shuttle or Limo to & from our condo, no rental car needed, walk to everything in minutes.
Amenities include, a park-like setting beside a mountain creek with a covered bridge directly opposite Blackcomb base, heated slate-tile floors, river rock fireplace, log accents, fully-equipped open kitchen great for entertaining, new appliances, and two and a half baths. LR has 3-seat sofa, 2-seat sofa, 2 wingbacks. DR seats 8 comfy plus 2 extra chairs if needed for 10.
